White Chocolate Buttercream Icing

Ingredients:
125g butter
4 cups icing sugar
3 tbs milk
100g white chocolate (Cadbury Dream works well)

Method:
1. Melt the white chocolate, either on the stove top or in the microwave. Set aside.
2. Cream the butter with an electric mixer until soft.
3. Slowly add two cups of icing sugar, as well as the milk, and mix until combined.
4. Add the rest of the icing sugar and mix thoroughly.
5. Lastly, stir in the white chocolate. You can add more milk if the icing is too thick. Your buttercream is now ready to be used!
