Make ice lollies with Zoku: smarties and vanilla

If you were asked what you could achieve in 7 minutes, you’d probably come up with a whole list of things but would making ice lollies, from start to finish, without electricity be on your list? Well, it should be.

With the magic of Zoku, you can make lollies on your counter top. Just keep your Zoku in the freezer and you’re ready to whip up lollies in minutes. Now that’s a party trick, for kids and adults alike.
Ingredients (to make 6 ice lollies):
400ml vanilla yoghurt
150ml cream
The seeds of 1 vanilla pod
2 boxes of smarties

Tools required:
Zoku Quick Pop Maker
Zoku Quick Pop Maker Tool Kit (optional – you don’t need this to make lollies but it will help you make fancy lollies). For this recipe, you will need the jug for pouring but you can use a jug of your own.
Method:
1. Store your Zoku in the freezer, ideally overnight.
2. Mix together the vanilla yoghurt, cream and seeds – your mixture should be cool.
3. Take your Zoku out of the freezer. Place the pop sticks into the Zoku pop mould and pour a little of your vanilla mixture into the moulds.
4. Scatter the smarties into the moulds until approximately three quarters full.
5. Top up with your mixture to the fill line.
6. Leave your lollies to freeze for 7 minutes.
7. Remove with the super tool and snap on your drip guards.
And hey presto, your lollies are ready to be enjoyed.
