A catch-up and a biscuit with the pup who shops online

The festive spirit is a precious thing so we’re over the moon to have made friends with a pup like Bella who will stop at nothing to keep it in tip top shape. We invited her over for a biscuit and a catch-up to chat about what the festive season means to her.

Bella, tell us a little bit about yourself?

I’m a born and bred Cape Town pooch with French heritage and I have a brother called Bob the bulldog.

Tell us, what’s the festive season like in your home?

Well, my humans always get a fresh tree from the woods and set up the twinkling lights early so it feels like Christmas is almost a whole season. And they bake a lot, which is probably why their mixer was starting to make funny sounds. Oh, and the little humans like to make me wear these antlers, which makes me feel silly, but they seem to enjoy it so I let them.

How did you learn to shop online?

My human always leaves her laptop open and you know us dogs, we learn quickly. Also the track pad is very paw friendly and shopping with Yuppiechef is just a few easy clicks and voilà.

When you’re not basking in the glow of lights or shopping online what do you like to do?

Well, I like to nap, chew on my rubber turkey, take long walks on the beach with my trainer and make friends on Twitter. I just found Snoop Dog.

So would you say you’re a cat or a human person?

Definitely humans, they make the best treats and also cats, well, they give me allergies.

What’s your favourite festive tradition?

My favourite bit is when the gifts are all unwrapped, I get to roll around in the wrapping paper and bite little bits out. My human doesn’t like this so much but I do it anyway.
