Made from grapes cultivated in Table Mountain sandstone soils, this lively white wine features a wonderful focused minerality, as would be expected from the cool climate of Elgin. Naturally fermented Sauvignon Blanc has been blended in to provide a fuller mouth feel and add to the complexity of the wine.
