Excellent to cook pies without a soggy base, crispy pizza squares, any pastry item. The smaller size fits perfectly in our convection microwave.

I am very happy with the quality of this baking tray. I decided to try the smaller size and made some delicious greek cheeses pies which baked to a beautiful golden brown on it. It is small though and, in retrospect, a bigger tray would be more useful.
