To use, switch on built-in freezer unit to pre-freeze bowl, add mixture and switch on churn. The paddle will stop automatically when the correct consistency is reached.

"What a treat!!"

After much deliberation I bought this machine and made my first batch of ice cream. Oh my word - its delicious. The booklet has two very bland recipes, so I did some research on the net, and decided on my own cheat recipe. Chocolate chocolate chip ice cream - 500ml fresh ready made custard, 2 slabs milk chocolate and 1 slab dark chocolate. Melt the chocolate and add to custard. Add a table spoon of chocolate chips - pour into machine and 20 minutes later, the most devine creamy decadent ice cream. Now for a Lemon Sorbet.....

 I would recommend this product to a friend.
