This roasting pan with mirror-polished interio has excellent heat retention and is ideal for higher heat roasting and searing of meat and vegetables.

The new Le Creuset 3-ply stainless steel Roaster will perform perfectly time after time, no matter what you cook. Its special 3-layer construction provides even heat distribution throughout the pan, from base to rim, meaning no hot-spots.
In addition to roasting, it is perfect for baking, poaching and bain-marie cooking and is beautiful enough to take from the oven to the table too!

The Power of Touch
Just touching this roaster gives me such great joy. Yes it costs but it's for life so u get ur money's worth. I haven't used it yet because it's just a show piece for now till I cook hehe. All I can say is every house should have one. The weight is heavy and good quality. I don't really need to say more because by now everybody knows this make and their quality.

Everyday roaster
We use the beauty every single day. It roasts potatoes, sweet potatoes and beets like nothing we have used before. It conducts the heat so excellently that we had to adjust all our cooking times. Ready for our next item.

Dissappointed!
When our new roaster arrived I said to my wife what an ideal size to make biltong in. "You can't use it for that she cried, it's too good". I was disappointed!
Perhaps when she goes away, I will give it a try.....

Not big enough
From the dimensions given of this and the other top of line roasters, none would accommodate two chickens or a turkey or a large leg of lamb. Do they come in different sizes?
