Excellent roaster
I bought this a year ago and it is a wonderful roaster. It cleans really easily, even when there are lots of roast pieces stuck to the pan - they wipe off after a short soak in hot water. I've made great toad in the hole in the pan, and many roasts, and it looks like new. This is just the best thing you can buy for a thousand bucks.
My first one gave me 3 years of service, almost every day use. Just got our second one and loving being able to use both in the oven.

Super great product:-)
I bought this product from the Willowbridge branch to roast a leg of lamb. I was looking for a roasting pan that can work on the stovetop and can be transferred to the oven without have to use many pans. I am so happy with it, I did magic:-) and it was so easy to clean. Thank you for this brought, will be buying a second one soon:-)
