"Shockingly bad product"

This is the most utterly useless piece of bakeware I have ever owned. "Non-Stick" is just, basically, a lie. It is in fact entirely impossible to extricate a cake from this pan. You will get around half your cake out and the other half will stick in clumps. I have actually thrown mine away it has caused me such frustration.

I would not recommend this product to a friend.

"Great cake tin"

This cake tin is great for a range of cakes - used it for many a chocolate and even angel cake.

With all bundt style tins, they still require a certain amount of greasing because of the mould of the tin. Spray 'n cook is a sure bet, but greasing with a little butter and dusting with flour also works a treat.

(If your cake gets a bit stuck, allow it to cool until just warm to the touch. Pull the cake away from the sides (and the middle) gently, with your fingers, working your way around the tin slowly.
Turn on a wire rack and hold both cake and rack then give a good shake (carefully!), you'll feel the cake release from the tin).

I would recommend this product to a friend.
