"Very Useful Kitchen Tool"
I am very happy with my Kitchen Craft Herb Scissors. It is a very useful tool to have and since I add Herbs to almost all of my food I found it made things faster for me to do as I could "chop" the herbs directly over the pot instead of taking the long route. The only thing I found a little trouble with was the fact that the chives I cut, got stuck between the blades which was a bit of a pain-though this product for me is amazingly useful.

The herb scissors are very handy if you often enjoy using fresh and finely chopped herbs in your cooking, but lack the time (or skills) to perfectly chop them up with a knife.
Good quality and very easy to use, the scissors work best if you let your herbs dry thoroughly after rinsing and if you chop a small amount of leaves at a time (the blades can get clogged up if you try to chop a whole bunch of wet herbs at once and too quickly).
After having the scissors for about a year, I am still very happy with them and would definitely recommend them.

I find I am not lazy about using herbs. Just grab the scissors and a bunch of parsley and snip it in seconds. I was worried that they would be difficult to clean or clog up, but if you just run your finger down the unsharpened side, most of the herbs come loose. Always to hand in my kitchen.

Ek het so n sker, wat ek al meer as n jaar gebruik. Daar gaan nie n week verby dat ek nie my sker gebruik nie. Ek sny alles met hom. Soos bacon, uie, pietersielie, kaas alles wat gesny kan word.

I love these scissors - they are perfect for snipping up a whole bunch of herbs into smaller pieces quickly. I did attempt to cut something else - I think it was onion and it struggled - so it is just for herbs - which is fine as they are herb scissors - I was just trying my luck :)
It does exactly what it says it does on the box.
Although it's not a kitchen necessity it is really handy to have around so I think it's a good purchase.

"Fun and easy kitchen gadget"
My chopping skills are not quite at Jamie Oliver level, so this little kitchen gadget makes my life a lot simpler. On first use it's a little stiff but, once it loosens up, it works great. Some advice: herbs need to be dry and you should snip as many as possible at once, or the herb bits get stuck between the blades. Also great for spring onions. Easy-to-use and much safer for everyone involved if I'm not wielding a kitchen knife in an attempt to chop things!

I was so excited to use these scissors, but I was disappointed to find that the herbs get stuck in the blades, which makes it very difficult to continue cutting. It really only cuts chives well. For the rest its easier to just use a knife.

We normally use the courier company Aramex. When you place an order on this site you will be asked for a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. For very remote areas not serviced by our normal courier we will have to deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to you that is accessible.
We only deliver gift registry purchases to addresses in South Africa. You can purchase gifts off a registry, but you will not be able to set one up.
