Nice compact little thermometer. Has a nice little clip that fits on the side of the pot. Works well.
However it is not marked at each of the sugar stages, so if you are doing sugar or jam you have to know the different temperatures for all the different stages, or at least have it in your recipe or close at hand.

What a fabulous little kithen tool! Clips neatly on the side of the saucepan and a perfect gauge for the fastidious yoghurt maker!

Great product. Was concerned that it would be extremely fragile, but it is not at all. Cooked my sugar candy perfectly!!

"Very happy with this product!"
I used this thermometer to make fudge, something I always mess up! The thermometer worked perfectly. The fudge was delicious. I'm thrilled. The thermometer is a nice size, and clips on to the side of a pot nicely. The scale is also easy to read.
