This Italian made Imperia Pasta Machine is the original way of producing fantastic homemade pasta by hand. Learn to love it, and get fresh flat or ribbon pasta in moments.
The machine consists of two rollers that can be adjusted to roll the pasta into thinner sheets (for lasagne) and then fed through the spaghetti or tagliatelle cutter. Just turn the handle, and feel your Italian heritage flow (even if you don't have any).
Set includes: the machine, table clamp, handle and an instruction booklet.
This machine has a duo-cutter that adjusts to make pasta in up to 5 different thicknesses. The width of the roller is 14cm.
In addition to rolling pasta sheets, the pasta roller can also be used to roll a variety of fondants and marzipan. Simply dust with icing sugar, and feed through the rollers as usual, to desired thickness.
Machine with attachment makes:
Flat pasta sheets
Dimensions: 22.9 x 31.8 x 16.5 cm
After making the pasta, Imperia and its accessories must be cleaned with a
dry cloth or with a soft brush. NEVER WASH THE IMPERIA MACHINE WITH WATER OR DETERGENT! as rust may originate from the contact of the steel machine and its components with moisture.
Works like a dream. I was a bit apprehensive about making pasta fresh, with a few horror stories of machines jamming etc.
However, this machine makes it a breeze. Once you've made your dough, the machine gets you perfect sheets of pasta in minutes, and it is really fun to use! The tagliatelle & spaghetti cutters make perfect shaped pasta as well.
Fresh pasta is now the only pasta in my house. Well worth it.
I would recommend this product to a friend.

My husband and I had such fun making supper for our 4th wedding anniversary. And from only 2 eggs & 2 cups of flour we made enough dough for pasta for supper, his lunch the next day and I still have a ball of dough left for tonight's supper. It is worth its value in gold. Not only cost effective for the most delicious pasta but also fun time together in the kitchen. My husband says no more bought pasta (pasta in packets) for him.
I looked at quite a few pasta machines before choosing this one as I was a little apprehensive about the price, and after having used it twice in 3 days, I really think it is worth every penny. It's a solid piece of Italian craftsmanship and so easy to use. My fiance and I love pasta, but now we love fresh pasta even more because it is so light and delicious! No more pre-made dried pasta for us! Cannot wait to buy the ravioli attachment!
