If you received your order and it was not in one piece please log an after sales case within 7 days of receiving your order. You can do so by logging in to your Yuppiechef Account and clicking on 'Returns & Repairs' in the left hand side grey column. Select the order in question and follow the steps to create an aftersales case. We will do our best to action this as quickly as possible.
If within 6 months of purchase, you have used a product and found it to be faulty we will collect the product at our expense and either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstance. Some products have longer warranties and these are usually listed on the product page of each relevant product.
