Using the Ravioli stamp couldn't be easier. After rolling a sheet of pasta flat, lay it on a lightly floured surface, and spoon a teaspoonful of filling at regular intervals across the sheet. Brush the intervals with a mixture of egg and milk, and lay a second sheet on top. Using your fingers, push the top layer of pasta down in the gaps between the filling piles, sealing air out of the pockets. Using the stamp, stamp straight through both layers of pasta, creating as many pockets of filled pasta goodness as you can fit on a sheet. Rustic, easy, and loads of fun.
