Procedure - when desired cake quantity is half of the Recipe in the Lesson
Hi Sarah,
The Mocha cake in Lesson1 -Art of Baking looks Yum.
So, as I gather up the ingredients...had a very basic query.
I wish to bake only half the quantity you have described .
ie,In your recipe of " Easy espresso cake with mocha buttercream", the cake serves 8-10 people.While I wish to bake just half the size. Or may be at times, even 1/4th the size.
So, pls clearly specify -if I need to half all the ingredients u have detailed??
What about the baking /whisking times/ temperatures to be followed ??
