I was wondering if I could substitute 4 eggs with 4Tbsp vinegar?

Hi there Megala,

You should be able to use 4Tbsp of vinegar as a substitute for 4 eggs as long as there is another leavening agent such as baking powder/yeast/self-raising flour etc in the recipe.
