- Material is heat-resistant, but not flame-resistant — may scorch if a candle burns below the rim
- Suggested extinguishing and removing the candle 1cm before reaching the rim to prevent scorch marks
- Clean with a soft cloth or sponge using warm water and soap — avoid a scourer or hard brush to prevent surface damage
- Not dishwasher or microwave-safe
- Promptly clean spills or stains to maintain surface quality

This product includes a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. However, it doesn't cover natural variations in appearance, improper use, or wear and stains over time due to the material's porous nature.
